In the 14 of this month, we're going to meet for a tranning period in Colégio da Bonança (Honbu Dojo) from 17.30 until 19 hours. After that we're going to meet in the restaurant "O Cantinho do Cabrito" in V. N. Gaia. You are invited to show up.

This technical event is guided by Master, António Cunha 5º Dan Shotokai and has as assistant the Instructor José Mota, 4º Dan Shotokai. As usualy, the schedule to practise will be: Friday from 19 to 21, Saturday from 17 to 19 and Sunday from 10 to 12. The graduation examinations will be on Saturday between 19 and 20 hours.
